We had an awesome time at this hotel with friends! The beach access was stunning, and we loved exploring Cenote Calavera and Cenote Crystal. The staff was friendly, and the vibe was pretty laid-back. Just a heads-up for future guests, the water pressure could be low at times, so manage expectations there.
Our room felt a bit humid, and there wasn't air conditioning, which was tough on hot days.

The location is definitely one of the highlights, providing direct access to a beautiful beach. I enjoyed my time relaxing there, and the restaurant staff was a joy to interact with, serving good food. However, the lack of air conditioning in such a humid area made my stay a bit uncomfortable, especially at night.

I enjoyed the charming rustic design and peaceful beach access, which made navigating the hotel easy for a senior like myself. The hammocks and beach loungers were particularly inviting, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere during my stay.
More seating options in the room would be helpful.

The room had a quirky hanging bed concept, but it wasn't the best for a good night's sleep. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach, and the fresh fruit breakfast was a nice touch. However, the lack of basic amenities like a toilet seat and the strange setup of the bathroom were disappointing. Additionally, the pool was uninviting, which is perplexing considering the beautiful ocean right nearby.

I loved my time at Zulum. The beach access was incredible, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand right outside my door. I appreciated the unique decor, especially the hanging beds that added a fun touch. Breakfast was decent, featuring a variety of fruits, though I wished for more substantial options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which created a nice atmosphere during my stay. However, the lack of air conditioning was tough, especially on humid days. My room felt a bit too warm at times, making it hard to relax. The water pressure was also inconsistent, which was frustrating when trying to shower. I did enjoy the small pool, although it could use some upkeep to make it more inviting for guests. Overall, I left feeling relaxed, but there are some areas that need attention to enhance the guest experience.

It was a suitable option for a weekend in Tulum with good value for cost. The beach cabana had a unique stone sink that added a nice touch to our stay. Be sure to enjoy the hammock on your deck for some relaxation time.
